Personal data
AA N U LTD, company number 11951102, is the controller for personal data sent through this site. The company is an active private limited company. Registered office: 2 Ireton Avenue, Leicester, England, LE4 9EU. Write to support@aanu-recruitment.co.uk.
We use names, contact details, work history, right-to-work information, and voice notes to consider a registration, to propose a person for an assignment, and to pay or record time where an assignment goes ahead. Employer messages are used to answer the request and to keep a record of what was agreed.
We do not sell this information. We do not add you to a mailing list for other businesses. A worker’s details are shown to a hirer only when we are putting that person forward for a stated job, or when the law requires it.
Files are kept while a registration or an assignment is live, and for as long afterwards as payroll, tax, or an employment-agency record requires. Then they are deleted or reduced to what the law still needs.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, erasure, or a restriction. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Start with support@aanu-recruitment.co.uk so we can deal with the request from the company file.
